If you’re looking for a nice place to store your stuff, I highly encourage you to check this place out. I booked my spot online from Los Angeles when I had to move to help be a caretaker for an elderly parent. It was a pretty stressful time. I was so pleased when I met Fran, who was very helpful upon my arrival, getting me set up, explaining how everything works, and she was pleasant and easy to talk to. I had to get back to Los Angeles to get my show car ready for shipping. The driver said that it would take him 4 days to get there, but when I got a call from him saying he would be there a day early, I knew I was not going to get there in time. I phoned Fran, explained the situation and asked if she could help. Fran to the rescue! She was able to meet my driver and direct him to park my car in the parking lot. Without her help, I would have had to go to Chicago and pick up my car. I know it doesn’t sound like a big deal, but it saved me a lot of time and hassle that I did not need. She didn’t have to help me either, but I feel like she showed her core character and went above and beyond her normal duties. I am truely grateful for her kindness in a stressful time for me. So a storage unit is just a place to put your stuff, but it’s the people that made my experience so memorable and why I recommend this Extra Space Storage! I heard that Fran was promoted too! Excellent choice! Thanks again.
