Great location in Franklin. Always clean and the indoor parking is nice for when you have to pick up items in winter or rain. Climate controlled & Friendly staff in office. My only complaint is they kept raising my rent even tho I was a 3yr long customer who always paid on time. I would’ve stayed another 3-5yrs if they didn’t keep raising the rent. Also when I looked at their price online it was cheaper than what they were charging me. So that is only reason why I left. Overall good safe location

I give them 3 stars because they’re an awesome place to store your belongings. BUT they hike up the prices every 60 days. I went from paying $110 to $241 once it got to $241 i moved to another storage company. If you’re not worried about the prices going up and changing all the time then this is for you!

Couldn't have had a better experience. I've rented from other places in the past, but this place by far, has surpassed them ten fold, and with an employ like Tina, who not only knows and does her job well, she was friendly and well versed, and completely helped me through the entire process. She made me feel like I had the A+ experience!??
