The manager Kathrine is very polite and professional. My mom and I have been customers for a while. Recently she was most helpful with affordability efforts. We appreciate this very much. The assistant manager Hannah is equally polite and very professional. Its always a pleasure doing business with both ladies. I must mention the facility is clean. This is a plus. The locks they provide are impossible and when I couldn't get it on one evening the manager closed me out and now I cant use the unit unless I pay the administrative fee again. Manager did nothing to help me or accommodate my issue. Didn't get me into another unit, couldn't wave fees couldn't refund me couldn't do anything but tell me she's sorry. This place is horrible I wouldn't use them of they paid me to. No on-site restroom either.
