Service is great. People are nice. But BRING YOUR OWN CART, very rarely are any available. We went at 6pm on a week night and there were 0! No one in the parking lot, we checked every door and nothing. Typically one elevator is down. (No discount on your 2nd or 3rd floor units for the inconvenience of using the same door as everyone else ) most times you will have to wait in line for the working elevator, especially if there is a moving company there .

I have been a customer at this location since 2018, and I have been very pleased with the customer service that I have received. The manager has always been very helpful, so I'm happy that Latoya is in charge! : ) Today, September 13 I had the privilege of working with Steven and Anthony, and both are very kind. I had two side by side storage units and noticed water was in the units. I notified Steve about it and requested if he could move me to different units. At the moment there was nothing available. Steve went above and beyond to ensure that he found me a comparable replacement unit before he left for the day. Steve's problem solving and customer service skills were exceptional. Way to go Steve. You set an example for others working in the customer service capacity. Great job.
