Oh my goodness! Where do I start? Jake and Mark are MVPs! I had a slight emergency and needed to transfer my unit to a larger one day of! I made a mistake and they fixed it in MINUTES. Their customer care and service are impeccable. Thank you SO MUCH.

This is the second time we have used the Lehi location and I am always relieved and grateful for the seamless transition Extra Space Storage provides. I was able to make all the arrangements online and our storage space was waiting for us when we arrived. We are an active duty military family and it gives us so much peace of mind knowing our family memorabilia will be safe.

Staff is very nice and friendly and I appreciate the upcoming payment reminders. They perform lock checks of the units and quickly contacted me to let me know my unit had been locked improperly (by me, oops) so I could return to secure it. Gate has personalized entry codes and everything is secure; I've never had concerns about my things being here.
