Desiree was very helpful in rental process. After starting process to rent a second unit she warned us to look at the unit first as it was not as well lit and had smaller door than others and was able to easily switch us to another unit that fit our needs better.

Desiree was so sweet and knowledgable. She was accommodating and really seemed happy to help. Cannot say enough good things about her customer service. Had no issues with door, locks or any other entrance issues. I will definitely be using this location for future needs.

Great customer relations with Desiree in the local office. Answered all questions and provided a hassle free experience. Easy entry and exit available to large vehicles. Added bonus having flatbed moving carts on site! Extremely clean building and units. No dust bunnies or trash in hallways or the storage spaces! The climate controls are no joke as it was working overtime in the summer heat! Highly recommend this location and management team!
