I simply love my storage at Extra Space Storage. My unit along with the property, elevators and front office is always so clean. The management team is simply AWESOME!! They are always there to help with any questions or concerns. I’m truly glad I chose the Extra Storage location that I did.

Great customer service from Rick! Easy leasing process. Carts available by the elevator. I was not notified the unit was split into 2 and will need to get another lock. And the unit is on the polar opposite side of the building. Other than that, easy move in!

I would love to say that, I really enjoy the staff at the WILCREST location where I currently reside as a customer for a storage unit. The staff at this location are just so nice and easy to work with, Netti happens to be one of the kindest human beings I've ever encountered, she is easy to talk to. She goes out of her way to make sure I have all my needs met. She greets me and is just so kind. I also see how she treats others. She is gold and the reason I will never choose any other storage company for my needs. I will be with Life Storage for life????????.

I've been with this location storing just my seasonal stuff. Management changes quite often, some are great customer service people and then you have the I don't care employees. Well, this time of the year, he was new to me, and had great customer service skills. Thank you, Life Storage
