Never had to interact with management but the gate always opened and closed and everything worked how it was supposed to. We emptied unit over the weekend and removed lock and were surprised to get an email Monday morning with a confirmation that the unit was empty and contract ended. They must drive around and take inventory. I was expecting to need to call them and let them know that we are no longer using the unit. I would deal with them again in the future if we need another storage unit.
