Im not sure there is anywhere else to get a storage unit in Austin. The experience was so awesome! Teresa made the whole experience after a long day so easy and not to mention, shes just a gem of a human. I originally chose this facility for convenience but they will just be my go to from now on :)

While I normally don’t leave reviews because I’m the type of person that I’m in and out with my services. I had to leave this review to tell everyone about this specific Life Storage. Chrysa is the real deal, she’s the store manager and has been helping me with my 2 units since I’ve gotten them 6 months ago. Beyond friendly, hilarious personality, and very focused on you enjoying your experience while renting a storage garage. Has helped me move, clean, organize and stay on top of my units even while I was out of the country. I HIGHLY recommend visiting her and renting a garage, definitely Life Storages best investment was trusting her with operating this property.
