Good enough service when you need it and the facilities aren’t that bad but it is a bit annoying how expensive the units can get. Each year they will raise your price and I started at $97 for my unit and when I canceled my unit I was paying $187 per month. Overall it’s storage, put your stuff there and don’t forget it. Also setting up autopay was a huge pain. Not sure if they fixed that.

My only problem and the reason why I left this storage unit is because i’ve never been notified once that my unit was going up in price. In two months it went up by $60 with no notification. I was paying the price of a medium-large unit for having a small one.

I had my debit card compromised and forgot to update Life Storage. The staff called and left a voicemail about my account. I stopped by the office and the staff member helped me get my account updated and caught up. As usual, it was a pleasant interaction and I walked out feeling appreciated as a customer. Fantastic staff!
