Dripping Springs Self Storage at 14051 W US-290

Overall, this faciitly is far superior overall to any of the 6 other self storage units I have rented in multiple cities over the years, including one in Austin, from which my camping trailer was stolen. I needed an enclosed unit in a secure facility to store my replacement trailer. Management and staff at Extra Space on 290 were very professional and helpful when I first signed up and on several occasions during my year-long rental. I was storing a small teardrop travel trailer and was not very good at backing il up into a 10-foor wide unit. The staff suggested I switch to a 2-door drive-thru unit with doors at each end, which was a fantastic solution. On another occasion the manager noticed a beeping sound from my unit as he was driving through the facility in his maintenance golf cart and notified me immediately - turns out there was a malfunctioning smoke detector in my trailer, but fortunately no fire or smoke. This whole facility is clean and well maintained and is very secure. I am only leaving it behind as I am moving to Colorado.

Tom and Karen were both very helpful to get the space rented! The space was clean and I was always able to move my stuff back and forth with carts that were ready available. I liked having the working elevator near my space.

Beyond friendly, understanding and have been so efficient in helping me resolve any issues. Tom helped me when I lost my keys and it was resolved so quickly, and I really appreciated his super friendly and willing demeanor. I have a huge peace of mind knowing my stuff is well protected here.

Over the years, their team has offered me great customer service: they’ve been friendly, professional, and deeply kind in providing very reasonable rates. The storage facility itself is pleasant, clean, and well-lit, and has a lovely large, clean restroom inside the same building with the storage units: such a great advantage, compared with some other storage facilities! The location of the facility is perfect for me, too. All in all, over the past three years I’ve had a *great* experience with the Extra Space Storage location near Belterra, and with their team: highest ratings!!
