The facility is super clean and has a TON of special touches that no other facility has... From the double doors on each end of my 10 x 30 unit, the indoor restroom to the magnet hinge which keeps the door open while moving for easier access, it's like whomever designed this property was AN ACTUAL STORAGE CUSTOMER! Tara the manager was very nice and helpful! The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 stars is that the "corporate" company decided to leave it at NO COOLER than 80 and no warmer than 50 WHICH IS RIDICULOUS! In Texas, our temps can be well over 100 degrees and when you are working, moving boxes, etc. the heat can be sweltering. There simply is NO EXCUSE for this as customers, we are paying A LOT each month for the privilege to house our items in storage. Grateful to have storage, but all the same..... They can do better with regards to the comfort of their customers.

Amazing place to store your belongings. The place The new representative Krista was very helpful, enthusiastic, and encouraging. She was friendly and very knowledgeable with assisting mw in the direction to take when it comes to storage and all the paper work that comes with moving in or out. I have been here for going on a year soon. The place is always clean, you can actually find carts to help move your things swift and easily. I encourage anyone looking for somewhere to store their things in a clean, safe, and cool environment to pick extra space. You won’t go wrong!

The office staff were very helpful and friendly. The onsite bathroom was very clean and so was the facility as a whole. I had no problems with the unit and will use them again.

Very nice storage facility. Gated keypad entry with units on multiple floors, mostly inside access with some units accessible from outside on ground level. Special pricing options available. Convenient location at the junction of major roads.
