Hands down the best customer service and security out of any of the many other storage units I’ve have my stuff at. Lost my key, and the manager waited for me to be able to get there in order to remove my old lock, and he made sure to wait until he could do it right in front of me. On top of all that he provided a replacement lock free of charge. Made my bad day of losing my keys into a good one and positive experience. Thanks Storage Express!

Great experience using this location. Justin was very helpful during the whole process and even went out of his way to help me out when i couldn't get some stuff out during the move out. Cant recommend his service enough.

This location has a very friendly/nice manager, it's always clean and they keep the doors shut (no fear of mice getting inside). The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because they increase the price every 3/6/9 months (never know how long between, there is no standard interval) and it's not a slight increase, always goes up $30+ every increase (I rent a 10x10 unit). If you plan on staying a long time, be careful you don't get priced out into moving somewhere else.
