The facility is fine. Access was easy enough and it was clean and secure. I moved into Extra Space because the rates were reasonable, but I had to move my goods to another storage place because Extra Space raised the monthly price so much it became unaffordable. If you need to store your stuff for more than just a few months, you should expect regular 30% or more price increases, way above the rate of inflation.

Good, clean facility. Helpful people working there. Prices were competitive with the area. They are known for their price hikes over time, but they do offer the ability to prepay up to two years ahead which I recommend if you can afford it. I like that they have an app to open the gate, rather than having to punch in a code every time.

Because of covid I had to move out of state when covid began, I used Extraspace at two different times in Oregon, and I cannot express how pleasant and helpful Aaron was, how everything I left it, and as stated, I used them in the past and had the same results. thank you a million times over, and will always tell all my friends about you.

My mother has had a storage space here for several years. They have taken great care of her. We recently emptied the unit after not opening the unit for 4 years and not one pest. No bugs, no spiders, no mice. Very clean location with excellent customer service. Highly recommend.
