This is an update to my original post. I recently had a problem with my storage unit due to moisture and mold developing. Today I contacted the manager, Jason, who went out of his way to take action to get the problem corrected and gave me the information i need to get in touch with the protection plan providers. He had promised he will be following up up and keeping me informed. I very much appreciate his concern and quick response! Initial post: I leased a space at the Life Storage location in Niles, OH. I leased it using the online application which was pretty easy to understand for determining what size would require and also was actually very clear in the contract language. I felt confident to lease it there and then. Once at the location, in person, the manager was extremely helpful, taking me to the locker, helping me understand how to use the lock, the steps to take to enter the storage area and stayed with me as I stored my first load of boxes, then made sure I knew how to get back out - it's a very large building, well-marked, but being my first time I really appreciated him taking the time to help me. I recommend it highly. Very clean, well lit, easy access.
