Representative was super friendly showed me the available climate controlled unit that was available! Then we set up For payment in advance for 13 months storage with the insurance! She was a real gem! Also this was after calling sister location in Marimont where she quickly referred me to Robertson Ave location! Like the gate code in/out access and very friendly staff’.

Fantastic experience with this facility and staff! When trying to locate a storage space that’s convenient and clean I happened to find Life Storage in Western Hills/Crookshank Rd. The price was affordable and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. In particular, Rob seemed to not only be knowledgeable and pleasant but also concerned about the storage space that we chose being the best choice to fit our needs and our pockets. Will recommend this facility to anyone looking for a good place and location to store their goods. Thanks again Rob!
