I was very pleased with ease of renting a conditioned storage unit at our local Life Storage location. We only need a unit for less than 3 months so found one at a very reasonable rate thanks to the help of the representative who assisted me. We were also please with the location of our unit allowing us to easily utilize the carts provided and the elevator to access the unit easily. Each time we have interacted with anyone on site they have been cordial and helpful. I could easily recommend this location.

Life Storage in Mint Hill has been nothing less than a blessing! We have been able to clear all the clutter out of our home, attic, garage and basement thanks to David and his helpful and knowledgeable team working hard. They have been a tremendous help and needed support to get us in an accommodating sized space that fit our needs perfectly. I would strongly recommend this very clean and well kept facility to any and everybody who wants their space back in their home and make it look new again! Thanks David! David helped me today regarding my storage unit. Hurricane Debby is suppose to blow in today and I did not want to risk moving things out of it is raining. David prorated my unit and he was great working with

I’ve been using this facility for about 3 months now and the service is always excellent! I’ve talked with both Horace and David and both are super knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The facilities are well maintained and clean. There is an elevator and two flatbed carts that make moving in and out a breeze!
