I was assisted on the phone in getting a storage unit I asked the guy about a specific one and he told me yes to that one ended up with one I didn’t want in Philadelphia and I live in New York then told me wouldn’t be getting my refund for a couple days lack of brains is why they get a 2 star and now have been demoted to a 1 star because I asked for the auto pay to be taken off and they are now denying that I asked that and now my bank balance is negative and they danced around the issue and weren’t really willing to do anything to fix it this place sucks don’t store here I have now had two issues with them
