North Babylon Self Storage at 1251 Deer Park Ave

I needed an outside entrance and they had it. It was clean convenient and the management staff was excellent to deal with I highly recommend this storage facility to everyone.

I recently had to move from one unit to another and the staff was very accommodating and helpful. The store manager Judson made everything very easy and stress free.

I do have to say the location in North Babylon is amazing, clean, and convenient. The gentleman there named Judd is a phenomenal individual. He gets the job done. He’s superior about what he does and the prices are very reasonable. I couldn’t ask for a better location and better Help and Assistance From Judd especially At the moment when I’m going through life’s hardships the most. Judds personality Makes you feel welcomed

My name is Norma, recently I had the scare of my life when I accidentally misplaced the keys to my storage unit, with my car keys on them, thankfully Jupo and Essence were getting ready to leave office, but they took the time to assist me they had the lock on the unit cut and placed one of their lock on the unit until the following day when I replaced my lock. I’ve been a customer with life storage in North Babylon, NY since 2020, owning a storage unit for the first time, where I’ve experienced top tier customer service since being welcomed. After some time I had decided to down size my unit to transfer into a smaller unit since I was getting rid of so many items I no longer needed and the manager of the facility Jud Moreau went out of his way to make it an absolutely seamless experience and offered me such an amazing bargain on the new smaller unit of my request, saving me a ton of more money a month for the unit and I couldn’t have been more grateful for his generosity and excellent customer service. He truly cares for his customers and I would definitely recommend life storage in north Babylon to be one of the best facilities on Long Island to select. I am very happy.

This is the best storage place I’ve ever used. From day 1, Judd the site manager has made me feel so valued to be here. Public storage wishes they were half as good as this place. Everything is always clean and Judd always makes sure I have everything i need. I’m going into year 2 here and it’s the same great service i had since day 1.
