I left my keys back in Tennessee and needed to get in to my unit to move in to my dorm as classes begin the next day! Joe & Jeff went above and beyond to help me. I will definitely be returning to this life storage location. Amazing customer service!!

Helped my friend move in and out of her storage cube, service is amazing. Joe and Jeff are super cool and helpful. They even cut open a lock for us when the key went missing. 10/10 would recommend renting a unit here!
