I asked them to reserve a locker for me to hold the price until a certain date. They did do that and when that date was near they contacted me to ask if I still wanted the hold. I no longer needed the locker and they graciously cancelled it for me. Very helpful.

We needed a storage unit while we were in between two houses and moving. It was a lifesaver. Staff were very helpful. Place is clean. Never had an issue going and coming. I knocked a star off bc the rate increased and I was not notified ahead of time. The staff adjusted the rate and lowered it but I still paid a few months extra before I noticed it. I would definitely recommend.
