Trenton Self Storage at 3540 Quakerbridge Rd

I had the pleasure of speaking with the Store Manager, Samantha Tavares, of the Quakerbridge location b/c I was inquiring about pricing. Ms. Tavares, who was assisting a customer via phone when I arrived, was polite, courteous, professional and quite amusing. She heard out my situation and assured she would be in touch with an answer as soon as practicable. Approx 20 min later Ms. Tavares contacted me with good news…my question/concern had been rectified to both our satisfaction. Good customer service is essential & Ms. Tavares went above & beyond to assist me. This location is highly recommended.

I “went shopping” for my extra storage needs last week, and the manager, Sam Tavares, was very patient and thorough in explaining everything and answering all my questions. She could not have been more pleasant! Plus, the entire facility seems very clean and well maintained. Great job!

I’m so grateful for my experience with Samantha Tavares - she was patient + has a great listening ear + gave me great suggestions when it came to choosing the right unit for what I was working with… going even further it makes me giggle bc the jokes were cool but when I asked for a unit with consecutive numbers not expecting something so minuscule to be put at the forefront she remembered after we’d gotten back to the front desk + asked her partner to look it up - I was so touched that she paid so much attention to detail + in trying to honor the customer - regardless of whether I’d gotten it or not - that had me leave WHOLEHEARTEDLY Happy with my experience + final decision to store with Life Storage - I felt seen + appreciated + valued not only as a customer but as a human being! Thank YOU so much Samantha I am grateful for the healing laughs during such a doldrum time in my life - moving hasn’t been the best experience until I got to my storage units + thank you for initially greeting me with such open minds! You are appreciated!!
