I called ESS concerning a rate increase and spoke with Johnny. He was professional, courteous and pleasant. My issue was handled in the time frame he said it would be and he encouraged me to call back should I have that issue again. He was very easy to talk to. In addition, to the credit of Extra Space Storage, all the reps that I've spoken with over the last couple of years have been pleasant and handled my issues with kindness and professionalism. I have not had an unpleasant experience. Thank ESS
