Upon researching this storage facility, a few months ago, Sharon took the time to show us the around and was very pleasurable to deal with. Once we decided to rent, there were a few hiccups with the system when trying to reserve. But again, Sharon helped us through it and fixed the issues on her end. Few months later, came across another issue with billing. Again Sharon helped us and is always very helpful and resolved the issues promptly. Sharon's customer service is greatly appreciated at this facility.

Today I met the manager of this storage facility named Sharon Rafferty when I came in to inquire about a unit. She is so nice and very helpful. I am looking forward to talking with her again in the next few days.

Usually renting a storage unit is a complicated mess and rarely does anyone have a good experience let alone a great one. Well, our experience each and EVERY time at Life Storage has been exceptional in EVERY way. And this is completely because of Sharon. I'm not sure exactly what her title there is but she needs to be in charge and needs a raise!! One day I was having a horrible day and Sharon made it her personal mission to make me feel better. And that's exactly what she did and I will forever be grateful to her. As far as the unit goes, any time we have a question or concern Sharon always has an amazing answer and makes sure to elaborate in any way to make sure we understand all aspects of the storage unit rental policies and procedures. When it came to hiring amazing staff, Life Storage knew the assignment and nailed it with Sharon!!

This was the BEST most easiest storage experience EVER! Sharon from life storage is so helpful,friendly and very pleasant! She showed us the unit that could fit all of our stuff without costing an arm or a leg. I would recommend everybody who needs extra space to come to see Sharon!

Life Storage in Boonton is probably the nicest storage facility I've had the pleasure of working with. This facility is brand new and well maintained, lead by the kindest management team. Sharon & her staff are welcoming, down to earth, and dependable.

Moving is stressful. Sharon at Life Storage in Boonton made sure that this part of my move was as stress free as possible. She was promptly on the phone with me after I booked online so that I was aware of all the small details about the building and how to access everything. I appreciated her patience, kindness and flexibility while I was a navigating a two day move from multiple hours away. The unit was clean, well lit and easy to access. The only minor issue I had was that the ramps were diamond plated (I'm assuming to give better grip while walking), so loose items tended to shake off the carts. Just make sure to pack things tightly on the cart or in containers. I will be staying with this location for an extended period and will definitely have Life Storage on the top of my list for future business and recommendations to others.
