Chelsey was super helpful, answered all my questions, and made the whole rental process a breeze.

Great storage place, lots of options and very well maintained. Management team answer phone quickly, very responsive and always helpful. The only downside is that they are not onsite during office hours which can be frustrating. Be sure and call ahead if you need to meet with them.

Hi there, I hope you are all well. I wanted to reach out regarding the review I wrote for the storage unit I rented a few months ago. I've learned more about the place since then and I wanted to update my review. Initially, I mentioned that the place is secure and clean, which still holds true. However, my opinion of the management has changed. I had a few negative experiences with the manager and I no longer trust his professionalism. One issue that is most pressing was with a lock that was included in the contract, (mentioned in the first installment) which stated that I could be reimbursed for it within a month. When I approached the manager to discuss a refund, he initially claimed that I didn't qualify for it, but took the lock from me. After further investigation, it turned out that I did qualify, but the manager insisted that I had to use their lock, not mine,  stating "In case we need to enter 'when you default'  (his words...when I default) though the contract stated otherwise, he indicated I needed two locks. Also not true.  It became clear that the manager was being confrontational and uncooperative. In frustration, I decided to leave the office and told the manager to keep the lock, which he happily did. I never received the refund for the lock, despite being entitled to it. This experience has left me with a lack of trust in the manager's integrity. I wanted to share this update so that others are aware of the potential issues with this gentleman. I would advise anyone to avoid unnecessary interactions with the office unless absolutely necessary. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I will be moving out of the storage unit soon if he hasn't already thrown my belongings off into the street upon receipt of this review addendum. Addendum II... Chelsea, another manager, smoothed everything over... Showering me with words of the wisdom usually reserved for those with the crainial capacity larger than those that have strong opinions yet have no information. Best regards,  Ron L

Chelsea was amazing so so nice and accommodating! She made my time here very enjoyable! She was very helpful and thoughtful and a pleasure to work with ! Rich checked me in and was also very pleasant I love your facility because of your staff and would recommend this place to anyone best storage experience ever !!!! Thank you guys

Customer Service was above and beyond. Chelsea was great. I feel my belongings are safe and secure.

I wanted to give a thank for all of the help and great information I got from Chelsea and Richard at Extra Space. They answered all of my questions and were extremely friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place and them as a team!

I was very impressed by the customer service I received a few times but especially recently by one of the staff members named Chelsey. She was very patient and able to help me sort things out while I was in a bit of a tizzy. I appreciate that kind of understanding and level of professionalism, where some people may become frantic back at you, she remained calm and helped me understand and get everything worked out. You definitely got a good one with her!!

Good experience!! great hospitality, but just started to get to expensive every year
