I used to have life storage for nearly a year and within that year they raised the rates twice since then. When I moved in I was paying only $108 a month which then got raised to $197 and it just went up to ~$230 which I feel is way too much money. Other people have felt the same way to as a couple other people were moving their stuff out at the same time when I was. Other than that I have no complaints. They should have something to help people who are on tough times instead of outright raising their rates but thats all I have to say, I'm just not happy with the rates.

Linda, the manager is absolutely amazing! She is friendly, attentive and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Our unit was large enough to store all of our belongings in and super clean. The only thing I would like to see change is the temperature inside. The swamp cooler system that the company uses is not cool enough especially if the brutal Vegas heat. Other than than, I would strongly recommend Life Storage to anyone.
