Mike was super nice and helpful in showing us around, helping us choose and then rent a unit. Explained all the policies and paperwork. Facility well lit and clean. Easy access with wide doors and hallways.

There was a dead mouse outside the door and the secured door was wide open and appeared broken which raised concern for safety and also rodents getting inside the facility.
