Arthur was super helpful. I asked several questions on the phone before I came to get my unit and he was very patient with me on the phone as well. He was also very kind and helped me to decide what would be the best use of space for my items. I thought it was funny that over the phone. He told me not to wait too long because First come first serve”. Sure enough, right after I decided on my unit someone else walked in and told him that the unit they wanted was the one I just got. I’m glad I listen to him. I’m also very happy with the location as it’s easy to access.

I've had a unit here for over 5 years. When it was time to increase my storage space, I looked around at other facilities and none could compare to what I have at Life Storage. The employees have always been polite and very helpful. I have 24/7 access so no one can tell me that I can't get to my stuff whenever I want/need. They have a gate with a code so I feel secure when I am at my unit no matter what time of day. I can't say enough wonderful things about this facility. I've had units other places before but never had the fantastic experience that I have had with Life Storage in Brentwood. Thank You!!
