I have to very grateful to Jenn. She has made the transition from previous owners back to extra space storage what seemed to me to be stressful to a smoother one. She was very helpful and helped me sooo much with my payment. I've been well over my head with these bills and many more. She has been an angel sent for me at this time. Just seconding AJ’s review (we were there at the same time) to say that Juan was unbelievably helpful and showed us how to reverse & re-back in our U-haul when we entered basically entirely parallel to the garage area and got stuck on a curb ?? not sure what we would have done without him

Had called the local number due to what I learned because transition issues between Public Storage and now Extra Space Storage, and spoke with Jen. She was absolutely amazing and I was so grateful to speak with a human, and someone knowledgeable of the circumstances. Moving brands seems to have been a major upgrade in customer service and I'm grateful they have Jen at the helm!

Update: Great customer service from Extra Space, they are sending me a refund. Pretty sure the poor experience was with Public Storage who managed the facility at the time of move-in. Terrible experience at this storage facility. We had booked a unit two weeks in advance. When we showed up on the day of our reservation, no one was present. We eventually figured out how to enter the facility and the storage unit area, which was completely dark. The lights only came on periodically when triggered by motion sensors. We spent about an hour searching for our unit. When we finally found it, we discovered it was an upper unit mislabeled as U155 on our contract and in all correspondence. In reality, it was D155U at the facility. We were never informed that we would be receiving an upper unit. The ladders provided were unstable and could only accommodate one person at a time. With heavy boxes and furniture, we were completely unable to store any of our items in this unit. We tried calling customer service multiple times, but we were never routed to a real person, and there was no one on site to assist us. In the end, we had to book a different storage unit 15 miles away. For the past week, we have been trying to get in contact with the facility but have not heard back. We spent hours at this facility with no assistance and are now left with no response about the money we've lost. We recently received an email stating that the unit is now being managed by Extra Space Storage, which somehow has nearly 1,000 reviews with a 4.9-star average on Google, despite only managing the space for a week. This has been an extreme headache for us, and I would never return. Stay far away from this facility.

Juan was so incredibly helpful and made moving a far less stressful experience than it otherwise would have been. We accidentally rented a unit on the second floor without elevator access (warning to look out for this before renting online) and he helped us switch into a larger unit on the first floor. 5-star customer service!!

Bill is one of the greatest Customer Service / Manager agents I have ever dealt with in my 40 year as of renting storage space. He has been able to assist me in storage problems, financial matters and other problems that have comr up at this Public Storage location. He has always been pleasant, very helpful and as far as I am concerned a major asset to Public Storage.

Juan was amazing. I made a reservation a few weeks ago with another employee. I was told I had until 3pm on May 10 to go to the location and fill out the paperwork (even though I offer to pay early). When I called to confirm the details on May 9th I was told my unit was rented and there were no other units that size available. I was coming from out of state for college move out. Juan found me a unit albeit a larger one and honored the original price! He took a very stressful situation, found humor and most importantly a solution. He is a gem of an employee! Juan gets 5+ stars! The other employee was very nice and professional but the error could have been disastrous. The facility is clean and nice. Happy all around.
