My experience with this company has been beyond 5 stars. I moving here from our of state and LJ Macy was so helpful to make sure I found the right size and boxes for my unit. She took the time to show me several different sizes and even gave me ideas on how to pack it when I make this move in a few weeks. I was so grateful for her help and support... I would come back as long as she is helping with customer service. I will also recommend this place to other co works.

I came to rent a storage unit at the Rossville location and ended up renting with Nottingham location instead.
