5 ?? Customer Service (in New Orleans is almost unheard of) 5 ?? Cleanliness 5 ?? Climate Control is perfect! Great A/C in summer and heat in winter 5 ?? Easy Access and carts always available 2 ?? No roof on individual units. Every unit is open to the next one over. There are bars so people can’t come in but bugs can. Units like this are hard to keep moths or whatever insects out of. Unit is clean upon arrival and easy gates to open 5 ?? Devin at the front desk. Both of them. At the time I rented there were 2 Devins working the office. One has been there longer and I encounter more often, and Let me just say he is a very respectable and helpful employee.

I had the most pleasant experience renting a unit from Mr. Devin Cobern. He made me feel so welcome and comfortable when I visited the store located at 2321 Perdido St.. Devin was helpful and knowledgeable about the sizes and prices of every different storage locker. He helped me choose the appropriate size unit that would fit my needs. He is an asset to the company and I would recommend Extra Storage Space to anyone who is looking to rent a place to store the things that they have no room for in their homes. The store is located in a safe, well lit area. I always feel completely safe whatever time of the day or night I need to visit my unit. The parking area is nice and clean and like I have already mentioned before, it is absolutely safe. The interior of the store is always nice and cool. That is a relief after you have to haul your things inside from the heat. It is always clean. I have never seen any trash or dirt on the floors. Everytime I have been to my storage unit it was so quiet you could hear a pin drop. I have had a change of residence recently and have had to bring things in and out of my unit regularly. I am always able to spend as much time as I need to organizing and rearranging things in my unit. No one ever bothers me. I like that the store doesn't close until 10pm and opens at 6am because I have plenty of time before and after work to do what I need to do. A few days ago I misplaced my key and Devin was so nice and professional about my issue. He didn't make me feel uncomfortable or give me a hard time about having to cut my old lock off. All I had to do was show my id and sign some paperwork and we went straight upstairs and he cut my lock off for me. I was so relieved that I didn't have to go through all sorts of things just to get my lock off. if I would have lost my key at a unit at Uhaul they would have made me call pop a lock and pay like $75 to have it removed. I heard that if you try to cut it off yourself Uhaul will call the police on you. I highly recommend that anyone that needs to rent a locker rent one at Extra Storage Space. I also HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you rent it from Devin Cobern, assistant store manager. He is an asset to his company and customers. Thanks for making my life easier. Brandi O'Neal
