My experience was good when I first had my storage at your facility back in 2021, but not to good this time my prices kept going up that's why I switched to another storage facility, sorry ??

The place is clean, and signing the rental agreement online was super easy. The process of accessing the unit was also straightforward. The person who answered phones was helpful in answering a few of my questions before renting! I have since moved out of the unit, and everything was in great condition, no bug/rodent activity. For my 4th/last month however, my rent was increased by over $50. When I checked out, I asked about it since I thought it was just move-out fees, and the lady said I was sent a notice of the rent increase in the mail. I WAS MOVING. lol so I obviously didn't get it. It wasn't a big deal, but it was kinda slimy they deliberately chose not to send the notification via email. I would still highly recommend this place bc everything else was super straightforward and clean, but watch out for random rent increases. Also, every person I actually interacted with was incredibly kind and helpful. The whole company could just work on policy communication.
