Thank you Denise for the best welcome ever! You made me feel comfortable and welcomed. The very best ever! 5?? So to make a long story short I ended up being very very disgusted with Denise! So I have a brain tumor that affects me in many ways, one being that I can fall asleep at the drop of a hat if I sit down or just sit down and lay my head back. Well I was in my unit sitting on the floor going through some of my brothers trinkets that I've been collecting that I will place with some of his ashes that I'll release over the Golden gate when I get back out to California. I had a very tiring day to add,well I laid my head back on my bookbag and next thing I wake up to Denise yelling ( very loud!) at me saying get my stuff and get out, saying that I couldn't sleep in the unit! I had the door completely opened all the way up and I had explained my health situation to her upon renting the unit but when I told her I had a hard day and I wasn't trying to knap in my unit she had not a bit of understanding whatsoever! With nowhere to take my belongings she forced me to leave the building and I could get my belongings later. So her and her boyfriend escorted me out and I left. When I returned to get my belongings with only my motorcycle she wasn't there but an employee allowed me to go up to my unit. So I had all my belongings ready in the hallway because I had a car in route and I couldn't wait to get out of there because I didn't want to see Denise ! She spoke to me so badly previously. Well she showed up and was so mad that I had all my belongings on a cart and was pushing them downstairs to leave already! It was like she didn't want me to get my stuff! A girlfriend that was waiting downstairs in the car overheard Denise saying" he's not taking his stuff I'll call the police and get him for trespassing". Yeah the so very nice Denise turned out to be not so nice after all! So many times I've learned " Don't judge a book by it's cover" ! So in thee end I give Extra space storage a big ???? And by the way, the only reason I gave my original review was because Denise practically begged me to! Saying that her and her employees have a little competition on who gets more and or better reviews so because she was soooo pleasant(at first) I agreed to it.
