We needed a storage unit to store our daughter's things over the summer while she was on summer break from a local college and this place was excellent in every aspect. First of all the staff are amazing! When I called to reserve the unit the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We were even able to reserve the right sized unit just in a matter of days before her last quarter was over. The price was very reasonable for the unit as well. When we arrived to the unit to move in the staff were again extremely helpful and friendly. The staff that was in the office showed us how to use the elevator, where the unit was and how to use the lock. We were also impressed with the cleanliness of the unit along with the security measures in place. They made the moving out process very simple and stress free. We did not need to give any notice way in advance or even provide a 30 day written notice. When I called the staff informed me that we could just go online and put our move out date in once we knew what it was. On our final move out day the staff were so kind and let us know that if we needed them again to contact them. We will definitely be using this place again should our daughter need a storage unit throughout her time at college. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing a storage unit! I have utilized storage units in the past and this one is the best!

Friendly staff always willing to answer questions, place is very clean. Lighting is also great so you don’t feel like you're walking though a dungeon.

Ana and Joy are literally incredible. They helped me figure the right space for my stuff and helped me understand the difference in convenience vs price of first floor and upper floor units. I can’t recommend this facility enough, if the great pricing and offers aren’t enough to convince you, the staff’s amicability, professionalism, and willingness to help is invaluable.
