Highly recommend. Great customer service. I checked out the facility and the manager was so amazing and helpful. Tim helped me choose the best storage and packing options for my needs. He was super personable and extremely helpful. Very easy to converse with and set me up with my space fast. I’ve been adding to my unit for a few weeks now and I will say it’s been easy to get in and out. Everything is super secure and safe. The space seems to be kept pretty clean as well. Thanks again for a great experience during a stressful moving transition. 10/10

Customer service was handled perfectly. Did everything online and they made sure to help every step of the way. I was able to do everything without needing any help they gave great instructions. Only thing bad I could say is that the unit was hot. It says it's climate controlled but as we opened and loaded our things into it, we worked up a sweat and we didn't have anything really heavy. Other then that everything was perfect
