Joy was great. She gave us a tour of the facility and explained all of the guidelines and policies with renting. She showed us all the elevators, how to access the units, how to use the loading dock etc. I feel very confident about renting here!

We had a great experience transferring to a new unit in the building with the help of Marcus. He was super professional, friendly, and made the process as easy as possible for us. I would recommend coming to this location if you’re looking for a storage unit with great customer service.

The facilities are clean, bright and well-maintained. That is obvious by looking at it. What makes this location unusual is the fantastic office staff. I've been working with Marcus. He is friendly, knowledgable and very transparent about what I can expect, timing of availabilities and how the system works. He has been very helpful and is a pleasure to work with. I spoke with him about a month before my move and he checked in periodically (with my permission) and watched for the right unit to appear at the right time. Marcus made everything easy for me.
