I rented a unit using the online option. It was very easy to do. Upon arrival to store items I was greeted by Sherri who was very helpful, professional and friendly. The facility was clean and well-lit inside. I appreciated the fact that they provided a lock and have carts readily available. Exceptional service and great experience. Sherri took the time to help me with the app which is used for entry to the building. If looking for storage in Vero Beach, I highly recommend this location.

This storage facility is very clean and neat. The office staff, Sharon and Crystal, were kind and helpful. The Signage needs to be improved, but I’ve been assured that new notice signs for the elevators will be installed soon.
