Did not catch the lady employee name wish I did she was new and in training employee was so cheerful and nice. Full of energy showing me the unit I wanted to look at with excited. Definitely keep her around need good employees like her

Showed up at the office but no one was there. No worries. Called the toll free number from the parking lot and rented a unit over the phone and was able to immediately check out the unit and secure it with the free lock. It's now 3 weeks later and I'm moving out. Notified the staff member after we cleared out and swept up. Easy peasy.
