Update 7/2024, The staff are great to work with and the locations are always clean and easy to navigate. I've been with them for years and service has always been top notch! Just as nice at the San Jose office too!!! They've just hired some nice new office workers and Diane's doing her thing training. They're doing a great job!

I have never had a problem out of this storage shed location. My stuff sat unchecked for 3 years and I came back to NO rodent activity. Which was nice because I left a storage shed sitting at another company for 6 months and came back to all of my stuff ruined. Joann in particular was incredible to me. I lost my key and she didn’t even bat an eye about cutting it (even though the lock didn’t want to cooperate). My unit had also not been tampered with at all. Even though I got a bit overwhelmed and frustrated at MY misunderstanding of something she asked about, she remained patient with me. The only reason I’m leaving the he company and I bring my service with the unit is because I no longer have a need for the storage space. I would rent from them again without a second thought. Thank you for taking such care of my items.
