So, I was met by Carol who was pleasant, funny, honest, and very professional. As a former "csr" in a fast pace banking call center, I'm accustomed to what good customer service entails. Carol gets it! It cannot be overstated how in your face awesome and efficient this woman is! My experience at the storage facility was bonus worthy. That said; whatever you're paying Carol, it's not enough!

I transferred my belongings out of the Public Storage just up the street. It was fast and easy and the facilities are a huge improvement. Life Storage maintains a cleaner building both inside and out. The facility is more conveniently located and parking situation is much better The temperature is cooler and more consistent. There are always wheeled carts for convenience as opposed to Public Storage, who never has any way to transport things within their building Which results in customers having to carry boxes to and from the car to their storage units themselves .I have found staff from Life storage always available and responsive. Public Storage staff is seldom on property, unreachable and do not respond to voicemails in a timely manner, As much as I hate to see our city overrun with storage facilities I am glad that we can get the need met in an efficient way by supporting a well run business.

It was easy to move in. Everything was as promised. I can only put four stars since I just moved in. I’ll update as needed. They did a bait and switch with the pricing. I’m paying twice the amount I signed up for.

I have been a tenant there for about 2 years. Mostly positive, however, keep in mind that it is a monthly contract, so they can raise your rate for storage unit every month. One time it went from 69$ to 129$. I talked to the manager and she did negotiate a lower price when I told them I would leave. It was 80$ a month. Everything else was very nice and tudy, secure, and professional staff. They asked me to put a review, so I did. It will be disappointing if they try to raise it again in 2 to 3 months, but most storage units won't let you sign a contract other than month to month. I would give 5 stars if I knew that I wouldn't have to worry about my rate going up each month.

Manager was amazing. She was very easy to speak to explain explained everything to the T.

Sarah is always super helpful and always gets my questions answered right away. This is the best storage rental experience I've had.

Facility is very clean and secure. Staff is the friendliest and most helpful in town. I would definitely use this facility in the future.again
