First time renting a storage unit and had a great experience, got there a little earlier then when office hours open and was taken right in by Ulpiano, really cool guy and super informative. Overall great experience, unit is clean, easy access, seems like a good safe area, Definitely will recommend to anyone who asks about a storage unit

I seldom leave reviews but this is one of the best companies I ever worked with. Very friendly and conscientious, facilities are clean and secure. You never feel concern when you are there, even at night. I had one large unit and then rented another smaller unit. Perfect for all my “stuff”. Didn’t know what I was going to do when I moved into a smaller house. But this was the perfect solution. I’ve gone back several times without issue. Other places I looked at were kind of run down and didn’t feel safe. This place is in new condition and well cared for. You won’t be disappointed. Very competitive pricing too.

First things first storage employees aren’t the friendliest or very helpful. Visited this location to inquire about a possible unit and when I tell you my expectations were beyond met even I was surprised. I had the pleasure of speaking to Linda and i hope she never leaves. Thank you so much Linda.

LIFE STORAGE IN MILLDALE, CT is GREAT! OPIANO and NIKKI in the front office were both very friendly and very easy to talk to! They made everything very easy! This place is also well lit and is also very secure with a security gate and cameras. I would highly recommend this location of Life Storage to all of my family and friends! Definitely a 5 star Rating!
