It’s all about service at a business like this - after all, all storage places are pretty much the same. Talisha is truly one of the best customer service people I’ve ever encountered. She skillfully managed my needs and expectations while making sure there were never any surprises, keeping me informed of any potential problems with late payments etc, and worked me to find the best solution for me with a high level of courtesy, consideration and professionalism. Talisha was unexceptionally nice and super professional! Just by her working there made me want to get the storage unit right away- if I could give HER 10 stars I would.
