I planned on researching a few storage facilities but decided quickly on Life Storage as soon as I walked inside. I was greeted by a very pleasant gentleman who was knowledgeable & helpful. He explained everything about how the storage works & took the time to show me the unit I would be renting. Excellent customer service & a great price!!! I would highly recommend Matt & Life Storage!!!

Life storage review by me casinocash hsac it's simple to sign up for a storage unit online. Moving in was simple the gate code was emailed to me, with my brand new lock waiting inside the storage unit. Rates are promotions on discount for now. After a few months the cost of the storage unit will go up to the life storage regular rate. ,The manager who is there daily knows everything about the entire facility. The manager is courteous, ?? good mannered, ??? polite, and friendly, ???life storage is considerate of me since I am their customer now. ??

Super super helpful when my lock broke, Jaiden had my issue promptly fixed without having to worry shout leaving my unit unattended. Extremely helpful staff. Will continue to rent here as long as i can help it.

I called Life Storage in Glastonbury & spoke to the manager, Matt, regarding a postcard I received indicating a rate increase. The storage unit is for my 104-year-old mom and it seems that everywhere we go prices are out of control. I am sure that Matt was inundated with calls about the increase, but he listened attentively, patiently and kindly to my concerns & after explaining my circumstances, Matt went out of his way to see if there was in anyway we could reduce the monthly charge for this very small 5 x 5 climate controlled unit. He went out of his way to check further with the powers that be & was able to give me a small reduction. Even though the reduction was small, I mostly appreciated that he was respectful & took my concern seriously. Thank you Matt for the great customer service!
