I’m extremely impressed with the absolutely fantastic customer service that I received yesterday during my in person visit with Gary at this Highlands Ranch location. He was not only helpful and knowledgeable, he was welcoming, thorough, and effectively addressed my questions and concerns. I rented a unit on the spot, and felt comfortable and confident with my selection. Gary is a real gem, and I’ll be stopping by in the future just to say hello!

This storage facility is top notch. Gary, the Manager, was so friendly and helpful. I was able to rent the exact size unit that I was looking for and the process was seamless. Security, cleanliness and Gary"s expert assistance assures me that this is the place to store my "stuff" from my Ohio home I till I have time to sort it all out. Thank you!

If you need storage, this is an excellent choice. There are several options of size, temperature-controlled or not, with the facility very secure (as these places go), clean and well-maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Gary at the front desk was very welcoming and informative about the facility. The building is very clean and well kept as was my storage unit. Security is excellent and made me feel good about keeping my belongings there. The price was also very reasonable for such a top notch place. I would highly recommend extraspace for any storage needs
