This is a well managed storage facility. It is very secure and there are people patrolling quite often. The only thing that drives me crazy is that they have this low introductory offer for say three months and then it jumps up considerably like 50%-60%. Although they must know what the new rate will be, they refuse to even estimate it. I coinsider this dishonest. They know once you are ensconced in their unit they have you and they can do what they want pricewise. The only thing I can say in Extra Space's defense is that most other storage facilities have adopted this despicable practice. That aside the facility itself is excellent.
