So much better then Highly advertised massive chains like PS!! I ended up in a situation where my sister and father both got me storage units close to where I live and one was from Life Storage and the other big name PS. Not only are the prices unbelievably better for the exact same Sized space but the hours and customer service are above and beyond. The other storage hours only go as late as 5:30 everyday which is already difficult and frustrating but life storage has a much more friendly vibe going on in addition to realistic practical hours. The guy who runs it at the front desk is soooo helpful ( I’m Blanking On his name!) and yet still keeps everyone In check but not in a mean way. My Friends who have come help me organize my unit always call him the “cool guy” or “the guy whose so nice”! I cancelled my Other unit today and upgraded to A bigger one at life storage. Really the best price, customer service and convenient storage u it in town !

I reached out to Francisco today, regarding my rent increase. He explained to me clearly the new company Extra Space rate increase. Francisco was able to assist me on my rate, and help with other options for me to remain as a renter. Although I'm not pleased w/increase in renting for 6mo, I always appreciate Francisco's kindness & customer srvc!
