The guy that helped me right now was the best !!! My gate code wasn’t working and he was walking to his car after closing up the office saw I needed help and got me a new code ..

John, the manager at the Walnut location is excellent. He and the rest of the crew have always been friendly & professional. I just finished moving my stuff out of Walnut (05-25-2024). I got rid of stuff that I no longer needed, and I'm keeping the things I really want at their Norwalk location (beginning 05-07-2024), which is closer to home. The staff there are wonderful, too--no surprise. And it'll be easier for me to go thru my mother's belongings (God bless her beautiful soul) in their temperature controlled storage facility, now that the weather is getting warmer. Their premises are always kept clean, and easy access to their restrooms are convenient during and after office hours. Why go anywhere else for your short-term storage needs. I’ve had a unit for about a year now here and I can’t tell you the amazing experience I have each and every time. After a year of having my unit, I accidentally missed placed my keys. When I arrived at the office to let them know I needed new ones, Thomas in the office was quick to attend my issue and in less than 10 mins I had a new lock and brand new keys to my unit. I have nothing but positive things to say about everyone that works at this facility. They really put customer service as their top priority!
