Chris and Erica gave me the best customer service! They were both very friendly, professional, answered all of my questions throughly, and were very patient. Erica could not of been more helpful and professional. Because of how helpful Erica was when we made our initial inquiry we chose Extra Space Update 06/03/2024 Moved out on 06/01/2024, the service was more than expected. I wanted to just see how there's been a lot of good things with extra storage that are worth five stars. And definitely I'm glad to share that. Management is extremely helpful in understanding. Any sort of issues. They address right away and very well, staff is great and they are also very accommodating. Accommodating. I know in my case I didn't get the first month free and they corrected that right away, when I wasn't sure about my move out date they were standing by, help in any way and they really have good customer service. All these things are what businesses need to succeed or to be awesome. And I'm very happy with extra storage and wish him the best.
