This was my first time using Extra Space Storage and it was a very good experience. Dan was very helpful, explained, the process of getting in/out, where the storage was located, and answered any other questions I had. Dan's experience shows as he was asking rather I'd be long or short term storage, and finding the best plan for me. I'm inclined to believe that not all storage companies interactions are like this so I'm please that my first experience was a positive one. Thank you Dan.

Dan in the front office? More like Dan the man! My husband and I happened to be at our unit trying to find a way to get a smaller one because the price went up, Dan saw us and asked if we needed help and then proceeded to help us get back closer to our original rate. Amazing customer service.
