Great customer service I have been renting units in this facility since 10:15 years the customer service rep she has a knowledge and all the info regarding the facility all they need to do is extend their excess hours. This facility used to have long excess hours but only is now 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. which is kind of inconvenient

7.31.24 Im back renting again. Great service and prices as always! 4.28.23 I have to do a shout out for Nic. Meet him today durning my move out. (I ended up getting my own storage u it here). He was helping another customer and i guess my face was red and i looked warn out. He grabbed a chair and water for me. I was so pleasantly surprised/Shocked by his kindness. What an amazing gentleman he is, to take that initiative without me asking for anything. I cant thank him enough for being so thoughtful. My experience since day one with this storage unit has been nothing but top notch. Original... My friend rented a storage today and Stephanie helped us with the process. She is so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. She takes pride in this location and it shows. The storage is clean! Prices are great and like I said customer service is top notch. Oh yeah the access hours are great. If I needed a storage for myself I would rent here.
